What is different about this conference compared to past Big West Rotaract conferences?
This event features a slightly different format than previous Big West Rotaract conferences. Through BWR’s growing partnership with our Rotary zones and in attempt to better integrate Rotaract and Rotary members as a result of Rotaract becoming a membership type, we are holding this year’s event jointly.
Rest assured, the things you love about Big West Rotaract conferences will still be there. This event will feature inspirational presenters from within Rotary and outside, relevant and thought provoking topics, and top-notch entertainment. There will be plenty of social opportunities and you are sure to leave the event inspired!
When should I arrive in San Diego?
If you can arrive in time to participate in the peer-to-peer sessions on Thursday November 10th, then we recommend doing that to get the most out of your event registration. We understand, though, that not everyone will be able to attend Thursday during the day due to work or school commitments.
The primary Rotaract programs will be on Friday and Saturday so we encourage you to arrive in time to attend these.
I’m a Rotarian, can i register?
Yes! Rotarians are welcome to register for the Rotaract program. Please note you will not have access to the full Rotary Zone Insitute if you choose this option.
This is a great option for District Rotaract Chairs and other Rotarian Friends of Rotary.
What COVID protocols will be in place during the event?
All pertinent COVID safety protocols will be followed at the event. Registered attendees will be made aware of any specific requirements.
I'm having issues registering. Help!
